For nearly two decades, Tranter IT’s Digital Manpower Development Service has trained and equipped over 5,000 individuals with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the rapidly evolving digital workplace. The service includes:

  • Training: Tranter IT offers a variety of training programs, including boot camps, short courses, and corporate training, covering a wide range of digital skills, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, sales, IT support, and digital marketing.
  • Internships: Tranter IT partners with leading companies to offer paid internships to its graduates, giving them the opportunity to gain real-world experience and build their professional networks.
  • Job placement: Tranter IT has a dedicated job placement team that works with graduates to connect them with open positions at its partner companies.

Tranter-IT has close to 500 trained digital manpower employees on its payroll currently placed in jobs across Nigeria with the vision to have up to 2,000 by 2027.

In 2022, Tranter IT’s Digital Manpower service was rebranded as Bullseye Digital Manpower to better reflect the company’s focus on helping individuals and organizations achieve their digital transformation goals.
